Laura P. Kiernan is the CEO and Founder of a boutique investor relations consultancy that has served some of the most prominent companies in American business over a career spanning more than three decades. She holds the Investor Relations Charter (IRC), is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a NIRI Fellow, an NYU Stern Scholar, and was a licensed investment banker.

She earned her Master of Science in Finance and Strategic Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business and her B.S. in Accounting from Ithaca College, bringing deep financial, strategic, and communications expertise to Naked Phantoms: Raising Billions and Other Adventures on Wall Street.
